Shauna Harper and Selena Young are seasoned entrepreneurs with over 12 years of experience. Together, they co-founded Define Me Greek—a collegiate apparel company that started in their garage with a shared vision and a $500 personal investment. Through grit, dedication, and strategic growth, they scaled the business into a seven-figure, international brand. In 2020, after eight years of side-hustling, they made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship. Along their journey, Shauna and Selena developed a passion for giving back and supporting fellow entrepreneurs. They’ve created educational programs, facilitated workshops, led group coaching sessions, and awarded grants to hundreds of small business owners. In 2018, they founded BLOS Collective—an organization committed to serving the small business community and cultivating the next generation of entrepreneurs of color through access, education, and community.
